Synopsis: When a hurricane destroys the coastal area of Highlands County, local dirt sprint car racer Jolene “Joe”, Trent must collect her life as her ocean front trailer home property is seized by eminent domain. A newfound relationship with Syrian immigrant Kia Deepak is threatened when a tragic accident strikes the flooded community. Like the tumbling white water of crashing waves Joe must keep herself afloat with no home, no car, and no one to trust.
